When you are having an "Up Day" you feel like you have a ton of energy. You may want to clean house, or if you are into sports you may feel like getting out & getting involed in, for an example a Baseball game.
You may feel like everything is going your way, & you may feel like life has turned around for you.
If you are a people person you may call a bunch of friends & see how they are doing, or you may invite them over for a cookout or for dinner, or you may want to go see a movie.

Your thoughts seem to be so much clearer for some reason, You seem to be able to understand your thoughts a little better, even if your thoughts may seem weird to others. It is like you are on a natural high, & you don't want it to end.

For me, I can actually feel my heart pumping a little faster, I feel a little jittery, & although I know I really don't, it feels like I can feel my blood running through my veins at a faster pace. You almost feel like you can do nothing wrong, like you are invincible.
