These days are rough, "Down Days" seem like they will never end, & they seem to come around more than the good days. However we need to try our best to stay strong. Keep hoping for the better days, & they will come. If you are on medican, keep taking them, talk to someone that you can trust & that will listen, or join an Online Support Group.

Write your thoughts down, challange them, it does help. Also when the next down days come it can help to go back & see what you wrote about the last time you were down. It could maybe help you in remembering what helped you survive the last down days.

You dread these days, but you knew they would come & there is nothing you could have done to keep it from hitting. You feel like crying, but you don't know why. You worry about things you have no control over.

For me, I worry about losing loved ones, or about doing something really stupid. I worry about getting out in public & doing something weird. I don't want to deal with people much. I don't feel like talking to a lot of people.

My days are filled with sad thoughts, what if thoughts, why thoughts, they are filled with constant worries. You think about death, what will it bring, is there anything after this life. If there is what is it, will you see your loved ones there.

It is like a cloudy day that wont go away, but the clouds are in your mind, & it feels like there is a storm on the way, & you just hope you will survive it.

You know how it is in the winter, cold, dark, & even though the Sun is out, you can't feel it's warmth, well that is how you feel. It is like a long cold day, & even though you know the "Sun" is there, you can't enjoy it.
